Introduction to Opening Scenes
I am going to look at five different opening sequences from a variety of genres and analysing the conventions. I will be looking for the similarities and differences between the different opening sequences. The films I have chosen are IT which is a horror film, Baby Driver which is an action/comedy film, La La Land which is a musical, Now You See Me which is a thriller and Toy Story which is an animation/family film.
