Fonts - Focus Group
My Partner and I both found a selection of different fonts to use for the titles of our opening sequence and then conducted a focus group to help us decide which font was best. We chose a group of 20 people from our college and gave them a list of the names of the fonts, as well as the name 'ADOPTION' written in the style of that font and a brief storyline.
The font 'Doctor Glitch' from my list and the font 'Radio' from Sophie's list both got the most votes. We both decided to choose RADIO for our font as it looked the most distorted and it was also sinister and unsettling.
